MARSHFIELD — The Boson Company Fieldhouse at Marshfield High School will keep its name for another year.
Late last month, the Boson Company again secured naming rights to the fieldhouse. The Marshfield-based construction firm will pay $10,500, the single-largest contribution to date for naming rights of the fieldhouse, according to Nathan DeLany, Marshfield High School’s athletic director.
Boson beat out several other bidders this year, and has won the naming rights since they were put up for annual auction in 2013. Boson paid about $8,000 last year and $10,000 the year before.
