History

Founder, Ebert Boson

Founder, Ebert Boson

Founded during the depths of the Great Depression, Ebert Boson began his own building company. Set on a foundation of hard, honest work, he built his first project. The year was 1932.

Ebert retired in 1966. Three sons, Jerry, Lyman, and Glen purchased the company and began to build on the company's solid foundation. The business began to move from residential and small commercial projects to larger, more complex building projects, working throughout central Wisconsin.

The 1990's signaled the third generation ownership in the firm. Scott and Kurt Boson assumed the leadership roles upon the retirement of Jerry, Lyman, and Glen. 2011 marked the addition of Joe Dolezal to the firms managment. Today, The Boson Company is a full service construction management and general construction company working throughout Wisconsin and the upper Midwest.

In a very competitive and often volatile construction industry, The Boson Company has maintained an enduring presence. Since the beginning, we have kept pace with the latest management techniques and computer systems, assuring skilled estimating and project management. The Company has grown in capacity and ability to assist you with the construction management of any commercial, industrial, worship, medical, or corporate project you may be planning.
