Boson Announces Fourth Generation Leadership

The Boson Company, a family-owned construction management company with a rich history and tradition, is proud to announce a significant milestone – the transition to fourth-generation leadership.

Established in 1932, The Boson Company has been a cornerstone in commercial construction across Wisconsin. We specialize in construction management and general contracting services, catering to clients from various industries, spanning across 10 additional states. Over the past 92 years, the company has evolved, adapted, and thrived, earning a reputation for its Collaborate|Construct approach.

Now, Tanner and Nate Boson are stepping into their new leadership roles as fourth-generation owners which symbolizes a commitment to continuity, innovation, and the values that have been the building blocks to Boson’s success.

Scott Boson, President, expressed enthusiasm about the new roles, stating, "It is both an honor and a privilege to carry our company forward as Tanner and Nate assume their leadership roles within the company. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead."

As part of the transition, Tanner is now the Vice President of Construction and Nate is the Vice President/Secretary. Joe Dolezal, who has been with the company since 1989, is now the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

“It is an incredible honor to be able to continue our family’s legacy to a fourth generation. The last three generations established a solid foundation and laid the groundwork for us to continue to build on and grow this company successfully. I am excited and looking forward to continuing our Collaborate|Construct approach for years to come,” Tanner noted.

Tanner has a degree in Construction Management and Political Science from the University of Minnesota and Nate earned his Construction Management degree from Arizona State University.

"We have a solid team of experienced professionals,” Nate added. "It's truly an honor for us to carry forward our family's legacy. We are committed to nurturing and expanding the relationships we've built throughout Wisconsin and with our valued customers."
